Martin Grover

Martin Grover is a Royal Academy graduate with a style that echoes traits of the late British artist Stanley Spencer, in a way that much of his work uses his everyday surroundings as a backdrop for tales of the banal and bizarre. The artist freely admits to finding his inspiration whilst travelling around London on the buses where he frequently finds himself marvelling at the shifting cityscape or caught up in other people’s conversations and arguments in closer quarters. His work weaves together this narrative.
